FAQ

How much notice do I need to give to schedule a shoot?

That depends on how busy we are. You can see our available times when you are booking a shoot. Many times we are able to do next day or 2 day out bookings, but it is not guaranteed.

How do I book a shoot?

Go HERE to book. Time slots will not be held without a confirmed booking so be sure to finalize the shoot as soon as possible. During the ordering process, you can see all the times available and schedule right in our system.

What is the turn around time for the pictures?

Pictures will be delivered within 24-48 hours. You will typically receive them in the day following your shoot, but some large properties or twilight sessions may take up to 48 hours. If you have time constraints, we strongly encourage you to purchase a Rush upgrade which guarantees that you will have your pictures within 24 hours. However, this does not guarantee that you will receive them on the same-day as your shoot. Time constraints without purchasing the Rush upgrade are unable to be accommodated due to our workflow and schedule. Every effort is made to get your pictures back to you as quickly as possible, but please remember that the pictures go through extensive editing to be ready for you, and that takes time to complete.

What is the turn-around time for Virtual Staging?

If we choose the photos that are staged and the furniture, it is generally delivered with the shoot the next day. If you want to choose furniture from our catalog, you will need to tell us which photos to virtually stage after you have received them the following day. From there it will take another day to complete the virtual staging.

What is the best time of day to get my photos done?

Pictures look best when the light is on the front of the house.  If it faces East, do a morning shoot.   If the home faces West, it’s best to do an afternoon shoot.   Houses that face North or South generally look good at any time, but mid-day would be considered ‘best’.

After the pictures are done how will I know and how do I get them?

When the pictures are completed you will get a text and an email letting you know.  Everything is available in the your dashboard when you log in.  Select the house you want to see.  Then you will be able to download the pictures in print and/or MLS quality, and have access to the complete marketing kit if you ordered the Get it Sold or Get it Branded packages.

Is your drone operator licensed and insured?

Yes! All of our photographers are Part 107 Licensed Drone Pilots. We are also insured for liability.

Drone Availability:

Drones cannot be flown everywhere per the laws set by the FAA for aircraft safety.  If you book a drone shoot in an area that we cannot fly, you will get a full refund for the drone portion of your shoot, or may opt to exchange the funds towards another service.

Weather and Drone Shoots:

If the weather is not allowing us to safely fly our drone, we will reschedule with you for the very next available time.

How long do you keep the pictures and videos?

We host the digital media online for one year.  You are able to extend your pictures and videos online for an additional fee per year IF you let us know before the year is over. After the initial year from the shoot date, we are not obligated to store the media if it has not been renewed.

What can I do with the pictures?

That depends on which package you purchased. Each package comes with different licensing rights. It is your responsibility to choose the correct package for your licensing needs. If you are unsure which one is right for your use, please contact us at Office@SoldinaSnap.com

You can see our Terms and Conditions to see the licensing rights available.

Can I have some parts of the home done one day and others done another day?

Yes.  Select the Multi-Trip option when selecting a package.

Do you do head shots?

Yes.  See the Professional Headshots page for more information.

Can I ask for changes to the photos or video after it is completed?

Yes you can.  You have 48 hours to ask for any changes.  After that time, it will be billed as additional work.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at any time without a fee up to 24 hours until the shoot. Within 24 hours of the shoot, you will be charged a $75 cancellation or rescheduling fee.
