Danielle - CEO
Danielle’s interest in marketing media began when she was in 4th grade. Throughout her childhood and young adult years she studied photography, developing film using a darkroom, photo editing, and gained experience in all aspects of news media by helping to run the local television station. While living in Las Vegas with her family, Danielle became a realtor and used her photography and film skills to market properties and develop her personal brand. After discovering how integral professional marketing was to her success as a realtor, she made it her mission to help the Realtors of Central Texas become more successful, by opening a unique business that would quickly become Central Texas’ premier real estate marketing media provider — Sold in a Snap. Danielle’s other passions include beekeeping and traveling with her husband and four children.
Austin - COO
Austin, founding partner of Sold in a Snap and our first licensed 107 Drone Pilot, uses his creative expertise and knowledge of photography and videography to capture the best angles in every project. Austin's vision and creative brain is used for Sold in a Snap and our clients. His work has been featured in articles by companies like Country Living and Southern Living. He is a former surveyor and is able to put that knowledge to use for many aerial projects. Austin enjoys woodworking, swimming, rock climbing and quoting movies and songs. Austin and Danielle have 4 children. They love living on their little farm in the Heart of Texas.
Joanna - Public Relations Coordinator
Born in Philippines, but raised in Texas, Joanna is your local Waco native and has spent majority of her career in the real estate industry with expertise in the marketing field. She developed a passion for being able to serve her friends, family and new clients. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, traveling, working out, kayaking, being by the lake/beach, eating at a local hole-in-the-wall restaurant or hanging out with her family and friends. She is here to provide you with exceptional customer service with each phone call, service booked, and project delivery with Sold In a Snap.
Dan - Photo Editor
Dan is a skilled graphic designer, with 7 years of experience in the field. Alongside his professional work, he has several creative hobbies that include photography, playing instruments, and editing. Through his diverse interests and talents, Dan has cultivated a unique perspective on design and creativity that is evident in his work. He loves volunteering for churches and participating in community service projects. He is a mentor for his local church in photography and graphic designing. He loves learning new things, especially when it is something that allows him to be creative.
Nathan - Photographer
Waco Area
Born and raised in the Waco area. Nathan discovered his passion for photography on trips to the northeast with his dad and uncle. During these trips he was given disposable cameras to document their adventures starting in middle school. He has been a freelance photographer since 2019 and has cultivated various interests in photography. Nathan's love for live music, travel, the outdoors and creative work in general have often coincided with his desire to get behind the camera. Recently he and his wife welcomed their first child, who has been the subject of many personal portrait sessions over the past year.
Jorge - Photographer
Georgetown/Round Rock Area
Jorge is a seasoned photographer with 7 professional years of experience behind the camera. He has been taking photos ever since his parents gifted him a film camera to take on a school field trip to the Cameron Park Zoo. Jorge is a versatile artist who can do everything from capturing captivating headshots and portraits to framing the beauty of real estate properties. One of Jorge's passions is shooting and developing film. He is a big fan of the authenticity and nostalgia that film photography can capture. When he is not behind any type of camera you can sometimes find him out on the soccer field fueling his competitive spirit and learning valuable lessons about teamwork and perseverance; qualities that also shape his approach to photography. He is blessed with a loving wife and a beautiful daughter to whom he dedicates most of his time.
Erik - Photographer
Waco Area
The son of a Soldier, Erik grew up all over the world. He joined the Army in 1996 and spent the next 20 years treating wounded service members as an Occupational Therapist. His passion for photography stems from his unique journey over the years. He began his photography journey in high school where he learned on film and processed his images in a dark room. He transitioned to digital images in 2005 where he found a new love for story telling in photo editing software. Erik has a passion for delicately capturing all aspects of life and is most excited when he gets to provide captivating still moments to his clients. He takes pride in his outgoing and fun personality and loves meeting new people. Outside of photography, Erik still serves as an Occupational Therapist in different consulting roles. At home, Erik's heart is fullest amongst the chaos and charm of family life with his wife Stella and their five children, where every moment is a candid snapshot of love and life.
